Vivian Figueredo, MPA, founder of Voz Evaluation Consulting, has over twenty years of experience in program evaluation for nonprofits and foundations. She specializes in culturally responsive evaluation and providing technical assistance to organizations developing internal evaluation systems.

Before launching Voz, Vivian spent eight years as a staff consultant with Equal Measure, where she specialized in managing mixed-method evaluations of national systems-change and network-building initiatives. Her earlier career included expanding affordable homeownership in Camden, New Jersey, and building nonprofit capacity in Lima, Peru. 

Vivian holds a Master's in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor's degree from Tulane University. She is a native Spanish speaker with experience conducting bilingual evaluations across multiple sectors.
